It’s time for the HTA Hotline, where we provide a peak into the kinds of stakeholders we’re engaging with and projects we’re working on. We hope this will give those that haven’t got in touch yet more of a reason to do so, and to give our new friends that have joined our network a nice wave!
This week we’ve had both Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust, in the form of their Digital Chief Ethics and Privacy Officers, and SETsquared Surrey, who introduced us to their new Entrepreneur in Residence, spend some time with us at the HTA.
We love it when our partners come to visit and work from the suite, as it gives us opportunity to discuss all the goings-on at the accelerator and explore further prospects for collaboration on projects.
On Thursday we had our monthly Partnership Board Meeting, where the board discussed the current state of play at the HTA, ensuring that we’re delivering our services as best we can. They also looked at ways the partners can further support the success of the accelerator and the projects that come through the doors.
A big focus this week has been on supporting the projects currently on our pipeline. We’ve been busy sending out offers of support, touching base with our friends in industry and working with the University of Surrey on how we can link academics, facilities, and current research in mutually beneficial ways to aid this work.
